Pick the customer, problem, first result, and smallest product to test.
Live founding workshop + one year of support
Test one product before you build it.
In one live working session, you’ll choose one customer, one problem, and one small digital product to presell. You’ll leave with a seven-day test so real buyers, not guesswork, guide what you build next.
$97 starts your first year. You get Step 1 now, the August 15 workshop, the replay, monthly workshops, the Skool Classroom, and community support for 12 months. Your membership renews at $97/year unless you cancel. The next cohort will be $147/year.
- Step 1 available now
- Replay included
- Seven-day refund window
Too many ideas.
Nothing launched.
You don’t need another 40-lesson course. You need to choose one customer, solve one problem, and see if people will pay before you spend weeks building.
Pick one customer you know how to reach.
Name one problem they already want fixed.
Describe the smallest product that could help.
Ask for a yes, a deposit, or a sale before building more.
The 1–1–1 Decision Method
One customer. One problem. One small product. Ask for a real yes before you build more.
1–1–1 Tools + Templates
Use the tools.
Make the decision.
You’ll fill in the same three decision cards used in the workshop. Each card ends with one choice you can act on.
Explain what the buyer gets, what it costs, and why the product helps.
Set up the sales page, checkout, delivery, launch message, and 90-day review.

Why Maxwell built this
I spent too long learning, planning, and waiting.
About a year and a half ago, I was stuck trying to choose the perfect niche, product, and customer. I bought several digital-product courses. Some helped, but most made the process harder than it needed to be. I spent about $5,000 to $10,000 and still hadn’t launched.
Things changed when I released real work. Once people could see the offer, I had numbers, questions, and real feedback. I could stop guessing and make a better next move.
